The project is located near the center of Prague, just a few minutes' walk from the Kolbenova metro station and just across the street from the culturally creative Pragovka district. The Kolbenova Lofts are thus one of the further projects that significantly participate in the development of the original Vysočany brownfield. The high activity of developers and city plans is gradually turning the entire area into a modern district with high-quality, timeless housing. In the future, you can count on Vysočany neighborhood having greenery, full civic amenities and space for a culture of sports enjoyment.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Rooted in Czech industry, we are currently building Kolbenova lofts: residential housing with a rustic industrial atmosphere.
We’ve therefore set ourselves the goal of bringing it back to life through a careful reconstruction. When creating the 215 apartments of various sizes and layouts. We were careful to conserve the identity of the former factory. Due to the generous space of the building, most apartments are lofts.
All design work has been carried out by the experienced architects of the renowned studio Masák & Partner, s.r.o., who have been dedicated to the restoration of monumental and historical buildings with passion and natural care for more than two decades.
