The interior lighting of the common areas is now installed and operational.
Work on the interiors of the apartments is continuing intensively. On the first floor, the installation of timber floors has been completed, and all apartments have already been tiled in the bathrooms. The installation of sanitary facilities is entering its final phase.
Finally, as part of our high standards, the air conditioning systems are ready for use and will be launched within the next month. At the same time, the installation of external blinds is being completed, which will bring future residents comfortable light control and privacy. With each additional step, the flats are taking on their final form.
