The construction of balconies on the 5th floor has begun, which will provide future residents with a unique view of the surrounding area. Renovation of the last remaining elements of the original spiral staircase has been completed. Moreover, renovation of the original historic lights was completed, allowing these unique lamps to bring new light to our project.
And what is more, the bronze facade is almost complete and gives the building a glamorous look. It won't be long before the Lofty Kolbenova project becomes an unforgettable landmark in the heart of Vysočany region.
Lastly, the cast flooring and bathroom tiles are being finished. In some of the flats, the walls and ceilings have already been plastered and painted. Every day brings us closer to the final form of the project, which mixes modern living with respect for the historical autenticity.
