The factory has extensive open spaces and offers 215 loft apartments and studios of various sizes and layouts.
The original concrete structure of the house is understandably preserved, the aim of the reconstruction is to let this industrial trace be seen in the modern interiors of the apartments. In addition, select walls of the apartments are designed as concrete or are provided with a cement screed. The factory's history will be honored in the embedded glass walls, which are intentionally constructed like old factory windows.
High ceilings are used for the loft layout of most apartments. These apartments are therefore two-level with a folded floor. Built-in wooden floors have clearance heights from 235 to 310 cm due to the clearance heights of the existing floors. Solid wood is used as a deliberate softening contrast to concrete structures as well as used in the floors. In addition to the new constructions, the larger apartments also feature an authentic element of the remaining factory – cast iron spiral staircases. For the atmosphere, the selected apartments are decorated with old factory lamps. In one apartment an interesting industrial sink will find its new home. In the living rooms, the floors are decorated with bleached oak. In the bathrooms and toilets, ceramic tiles complement the ceramic wall coverings. The brick walls of the apartments are treated with plaster. However, a number of concrete walls and structures remain deliberately unplastered with the recognized material texture of concrete. Interior doors will be wooden and painted. Apartment doors are treated as fire-resistant with sufficient safety resistance.
The factory's history will be honored with large articulated metal windows equipped with exterior shading blinds. Almost every apartment has a balcony or front garden. Some loft apartments on the top floor also have a roof terrace.
All units have comfortable underfloor heating and are air-cooled.
Parking is possible directly in the building.
Each apartment and studio is cooled using indoor units connected to a central cooling system.
Apartment stairs consist of a straight staircase with wooden steps and a steel railing in the style of a lattice structure.
